Henry Ibhade & Co is one of the indigenous fast developing auditing, taxation, financial, management advisory and consultancy firm which have evolved over time with extensive practical experience in diverse areas of audit and tax practice. Our experience covers audit assurance, strict adherence to corporate governance and best practices, taxation practices and regulatory compliance, studies and research with valued impact etc. on areas and issues relating to accounting, taxation and finance. HI & CO is best known for its strict regulatory compliance and practice.

Henry Ibhade & Co is registered by the Bank of Industry (BOI) as one of it’s accredited Auditors.

Henry Ibhade & Co is a firm of Chartered Accountants licensed and approved by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) to provide sound and qualitative professional accounting and consulting services. Its service offerings are positioned to create value and give a new direction to client’s businesses with an unflinching focus on client satisfaction through competence and professionalism. The Firm thrives on excellence and quality service and this has helped to win the confidence of its clients and earned for it repeat businesses and referrals to prospective clients within the industry focus.

The Firm is a one Partner practice but has potential to grow into a multi Partnership business in the near future. Its current Managing Partner is Mr. Henry Kingsley Ibhade , MBA , FCA, FCTI, ANIM
